Thin film bulk acoustic resonator

 Thin film bulk acoustic resonator (FBAR) is a new rf filter.  The size of FBAR device is much smaller than the traditional dielectric filter based on electromagnetic wave, and it has higher working frequency, better out-of-band rejection performance and lower insertion loss.
